Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at JapaneseToothbrush.co.uk. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Rights.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and unopened in their original packaging.

    • In the same condition as received.

  • For hygiene reasons, toothbrushes that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened toothbrushes or dental products (due to hygiene regulations).

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).


3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@japanesetoothbrush.co.uk or via our Contact Us form.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
